Non-discrimination statement

Enrollment decisions
Enrollment decisions may consider licensing requirements, licensed capacity, a child’s age group, requested schedule, available openings, program fit, and whether the program can meet the child’s needs safely and appropriately. These factors are applied as fairly and consistently as possible.
Individual needs and accommodations
Families are encouraged to discuss a child’s individual needs with Anna. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in conversation with the family and, when appropriate, relevant professionals, consistent with licensing requirements, health and safety, and the resources of a small family childcare program.
Dignity and personal rights
Children will be treated with dignity and respect. The planned program is committed to care that supports children’s personal rights and is free from humiliation, intimidation, retaliation, and unlawful discrimination.
